*A GIANT THUMBS UP* for Angel Beats! i really did enjoy the entire series and 13 episodes is kinda short to make it an exceptionally "moving" series.
Yuri wakes up after losing consciousness back in Guild and sees Otonashi, Kanade, Naoi and Hinata beside her. Yuri then learns that the rest have already moved on and is glad to hear that but when she asks why are the four of them still here, they told her that it was because she was still around. The rest then sees that Yuri seems to be a little different from usual and suspects that she had already gotten over her regret in life but Yuri denies it, saying that as the leader of the SSS, her regret would be the most difficult to eliminate. But after Naoi tried to hypnotise her twice to make her speak the truth, Yuri gave in and admitted that she had already gotten over it and had no more regrets in her life. The five of them then moved on to the gymnasium and on the way, Hinata tells Yuri that even Takatmatsu had reverted back from becoming a NPC and have departed the world as well. Meanwhile, Kanade was humming the tune of "My Song", the last song that Iwasawa sang before she left the world and Yuri agrees that it was a nice song. In the gymnasium, the stage was taken care of, with the banner to mark the graduation of the SSS members. Somehow, Otonashi and Hinata sees that Yuri has become more girl-like after she returned from Guild and she even got easily embarassed with Hinata saying that she's cute like that. Otonashi then led the rest through the ceremony, singing the anthem that Kanade had composed (lyrics with Mapo Tofu lines), receiving a self-made graduating certificate and then singing the farewell song. With that, Naoi takes his leave first after crying in front of Otonashi, thanking him for helping him get over his regret in his life and then, he disappears. Yuri then went to Kanade and apologise to her with the fights between them and told her that they could have become great friends if they had more time and then, Yuri hugs her. Hinata then thank her for being a great leader and Yuri finally leaves the world. Next is followed by Hinata who thanks Otonashi for his help too and being a great buddy. Otonashi then asks Kanade if they could take a walk outside to have some fresh air. Outside, Otonashi asks Kanade if she would want to stay in this world together with him as he thinks that there will definitely be people like them, having regrets in their life, and that he could help guide them to move on and with Kanade by his side, he wouldn't feel lonely in the world. Otonashi then confesses to Kanade that he loves her and wants her to stay with him. However, Kanade refuses to reply and when asked by Otonashi, she replies that she'll disappear if she replies to his feelings as she was kept alive by Otonashi's heart and she was the one who had continued to live after Otonashi donated his heart after he died. Otonashi couldn't believe it but Kanade tells him that her only regret here was no being able to thank the person who had allowed her live on and that she knew it was Otonashi after stabbing him on the first day and knowing that he does not have a heart. It was further reinforced that Otonashi had regained his memory after lying on Kanade as his heart was in her after all. Kanade then asks Otonashi to say that he loves her once again but as she'll disappear as a result, Otonashi initially refuses to say it but gave in after pleas from her. Otonashi then hugs her, telling her to stay with him forever and ever but after finally thanking him, Kanade disappears and Otonashi was left alone and he cries after her disappearance as they'll probably never meet again. However, in the real world, Kanade was leaning against a wall and humming the tune of "My Song" and when Otonashi went past her, he somehows recognises the song and chases after her and touches her on the shoulder...
and it ends...
the initial part of the episode was rather plain in a sense that it was just a graduation ceremony being carried out, would've been better if they had used those scenes to add on more scenes from the real world. i really wanted to see Hinata and Yui =X just when i thought that everything was just a plain old ceremony, the climax came, with Otonashi suggesting that they should stay on and that was really something i did not expect. and the confession thing was rather "awkward" kinda like a little rushed in their "relationship" but perhaps it was the bond of them having the "same" heart. with that, i never really did expect Kanade to be the one who benefited from Otonashi (or was it just me? =/) and was Kanade dead? or just in coma or some sort as she would be alive if she had a heart transplant wouldn't she? (and since Kanade had came into the world of the dead waaay before Otonashi so whys that ._.) anyways, i absolutely loved how the climax was carried out with the beautiful song playing in the background and then the "time leap" i was waiting and anticipating for... =) *happy~*
overall, the series had a big "hoo-haa" even before it started airing and i was caught in it. it was the only series so far that i have anticipated almost every single episode and enjoyed every single one of it. the animation for the fighting scenes were great, story lines were great, and the emotional changes throughout a single episode was nice as well. music wise is definitely great and i definitely wouldn't mind watching it all over again. it could be more moving, given that it was a KEY production but the short 13 episodes was really too short =X really loved the series~ *DOUBLE THUMBS UP* xD
and the reunion :)

although it was already nearing their final exams, Yui still wanted to go on a training camp and was well supported by everyone, including Azusa, but Mio wasn't really supportive of the idea. And so the girls went to Yui's house to discuss more ab0ut the training camp and in the end, they decided to go to a Summer Music Festival and coincidentally, a mysterious appearance of Sawa-chan out of nowhere had brought the girls the tickets to the festival. The festival was held in the mountains and thus, there were bus services to bring the public there and everyone was quite surprised to see Yui arriving earlier than them, but was even more surprised when they see Sawa-chan's condition which she went drinking the night before and had not slept at all. Both Sawa-chan and Yui were knocked out in the bus with the lack of sleep and bad with vehicles respectively and when they finally reached their destination, there were already tons of people there, all waiting for the festival to begin. In the whole venue, there are many different stages where different bands will be performing and Mio had already carefully picked 0ut what she'd want to hear from the different stages the night before. Sawa-chan then miraculously revived and told the girls to be prepared for the intense heat during the festival and then the group headed out to their first stage. After the first band started performing for quite some time, Sawa-chan left to a indoor stage to go wild in there, Mio then dragged Ritsu to another stage to watch another band and Mio was totally attracted to the fact that there was a left handed member in the band. Soon, Mugi, Azusa and Yui went to locate some food and both Mugi and Yui were deeply disappointed when the food that they were looking forward in eating was already sold out. After taking a break to have lunch, Mio told the rest that she'd go and get some food but returned after purchasing a T-shirt of the band with the left handed member and without food. Luckily enough, Sawa-chan had already purchased food for the girls and heading to them in the meantime. This year, even with sunscreen, Azusa still became all tanned and when the girls laid of the grass patch to listen to the soft music around the mountains, they decide to have a goal together to perform in this summer festival one day.
Mugi seems more hyped up in this season as compared to the previous, and was all enthusiastic on eating Yakisoba which in the end, turns out to be sold out and Yui even threw a small tantrum after her food was sold out too. Mio was also captivated by all the left handed musicians and Ritsu seems to be happy for her after seeing Mio enjoying herself during the festival. So other than Budokan, this was another goal for them and i certainly agree with them that it would be great if they all remained as a band even after they grew up. =)

Kanade's smile is so sweet~ =X
hopefully it would be a great ending (time leap to the real world or smth) or just letting everyone move on... if there is a person being left behind... (Yuri / Kanade... HOPEFULLY NOT!) i wouldn't be surprised since its by KEY anyway...

i would say i'm rather impressed with the latest Angel Beats! episode, it was a short climax but touched on most of the meaning of life which i think is great...
with all the shadows on the lose, Kanade who has the "largest" offensive power, take out most of them in the meantime where Otonashi, Hinata and Naoi prepares for their next plan. While moving out, Otonashi sees most of the SSS members outside and the remaining members of GirlsDeMo tells Otonashi that they would accept his proposal of moving on and they themselves know that it is a path they have to take sooner or later. Hisako tells Otonashi that the short time they had to leave a fruitful youth was already enough for them and everyday was fun. After telling Otonashi that they'll form a band in the next life, Hisako and the other members departed from the world. Soon after, Hinata, Otonashi and Naoi were attacked by a shadow and rushes into the school grounds where they could hardly find any NPC at all, all they saw were just shadows everywhere. It turns out that the other members, Noda, Ooyama, TK and the rest were not ready to disappear yet and helped in fending off the shadows, even a miraculously skinny Matsushita joined in after some intense slimming down in the mountains. Shiina approaches Otonashi and tells him to leave this place to them and asks them to move on first. Otonashi then brings Hinata and Naoi with him and leaves the battlefield. Meanwhile in Guild, Yuri encounters more and more shadows as she ventures deeper and knows that with her handgun, she'll not be able to reach her final destination. Luckily enough, she meets Chaa who tells her that the Guild will now disband as the SSS are now ending the whole fight and then disappears after passing Yuri a larger ammo capacity gun. Yuri wasn't given a chance to rest at all and was quickly ambushed by a shadow from behind and somehow Kanade felt something was wrong too in the battlefield. Yuri then awakes to find herself in a normal classroom and that she was just a normal students with her friends too. However, Yuri knows that all this was fake and that it would really be a happy life she would've led if she had lost all her memories and started anew but if she did that, it wouldn't be her real life anymore as everyone only has one chance in life and that is why she chose to fight the life she had. With that, everyone in her class disappears and she's quickly overwhelmed by masses of shadows and had almost drowned until she heard Otonashi calling out to her and manages to pull her out. Hinata, Naoi and Otonashi had reached her in time with Kanade's help, who was also with them, as they somehow sensed her in danger. The gang then slowly approached the final location with a huge number of shadows defending that place. Without hesitation, Kanade leaps into the whole mass and clears all of them in a split second. Otonashi asks Yuri to move on first and will take care of the approaching shadows in the meantime. Yuri then finally reaches her destination and inside the room, it was as what she had expected, stolen computers showing the NPCs being "eaten" away, causing the birth of the shadows. And there, she finds the mastermind behind all this. Yuri deems him as someone who was programmed to do all this and when she asks about what exactly was the Angel Player, the teen merely replied that it was a software which allows someone to create or change anything in this world, just like how the Guild managed to produce weapons from dirt. The teen then reveals that it was love that had caused this to happen as with love manifesting, this world would be an eternal paradise and everyone would not wish to move on which contradicts that this world is trying to do. He continues to say that on a rare occasion, someone who has led a fulfilling life could still venture into this world if they had lost their memories and it would be a bug in this world. That particular person was the creator for the Angel Player. Among the NPCs lies the programmer who because of love, wrote a program to make him into a NPC as he could maintain his mind after somehow whom he loved left the world first. He tells Yuri that she could become the one ruling this world but she would not do so since she wanted to help the others move on and that was her main aim, and the source of the love manifesting was from her as well. With that said, Yuri destroys all the machines in the place and feels that with everyone saved, she felt empty and sees her siblings telling her that it was already enough for her and thanks her for thinking about them for so long. Yuri later awakes to find herself in the resting room with Naoi, Hinata, Kanade and Otonashi beside her.
it did felt rather rushed at the front which MOST of the members disappearing so quickly... like "poof~" and their gone... but with that left aside, it was nice to see how the climax concluded, with that unknown dude (Mr. Athrun Zala from GS, no wonder his voice sounds so familiar) appearing for only a short short while. Well, Yuri's life was indeed terrible for her and with that kept inside for so long, it would finally be time for her to move on. At the last moment with the rest standing beside her, does it mean that the others (TK, Shiina, Noda etc.) have already disappeared? with the climax now being over, the next episode, which is also the last, would be more "gentle" in a sense and would most probably show the remaining few moving on. Kanade's past being shown in the next episode? she's the only one left whose memories are still kept unknown among the remaining duds... am hoping for a nice ending too... one more week to go =X

the intense heat of summer had just wiped out the members of the Sakurako Keion-bu.
although it was summer, it was intensely hot in the school, let alone the enclosed music room. Mio was particularly irritated that her neck was sweating as her long hair trapped the heat. Ritsu advised her to tie up her hair and helps her to do so, tying twintails just like Azusa but Mio wasn't particularly happy about it. The girls then discover Ton-chan shedding and Yui wonders if they could do the same. Ritsu tells her that it was obvious that as humans, we can't, but what Yui really meant was to change into their school swimsuits and practice which she feels much cooler with the reduction of cloth. As usual, Mugi joins Yui in the "shedding" and lied on the table, in hope that the table surface is cooling ... but it wasn't. After hearing that sweating could help one lose weight, Mugi and Mio both went into the animal costumes (aren't they supposed to be returned?!) and played their instruments in order to sweat in that stuffy suit. Ritsu then tried to "cool" things down by playing some games and somehow linked it to a ghost story to scare Mio but it turns out that the supernatural being Ritsu was trying to scare Mio was actually Sawa-chan. It did gave Ritsu a huge bump on her head after that and Yui and her then decided to "think" that the surrounding was cold but failed terribly. Mio then remembered that there as a fan here in the music room and took it out. As Ritsu was unhappy that she's unable to feel the fan since the drummer is always at the back, she snatched the fan away from the others, turn it up to maximum power and spoiled it. Without the fan and with nothing else to come up with, Mugi brought her ice box over which everyone enjoyed the cold touch of it. Ritsu also took the chance to slip a piece of ice down Mio's shirt that caused her to stand up immediately as it was freezing for her back. The rest of the ice was placed in a pail which Yui and Ritsu shared for their legs but the ice didn't last long in the intense heat and had already melted away. Azusa then sees that as Ton-chan is shedding, it must have a desire to grow but they would require a larger tank. Mugi tells the others that she has a spare but it was too large to carry here and the rest decides to find Sawa-chan to help transport the tank with her car. Just as the girls were wondering about Sawa-chan hardly appearing in the music room and such, Yui and Ritsu identified the reason when they saw Sawa-chan sitting in the air-conditioned staff room. After Mugi manage to bribe Sawa-chan to help them transport the tank with a ice float, they return with Sawa-chan still looking amazed after going to Mugi's house. The girls then decides that they need a cooler in the music room and asks Sawa-chan for help which she asks them to direct it to the student council instead. So off Ritsu and Yui went to find Nodoka and acted out some small skit to let her realise that they are in need of a cooler. It failed and Mio have to explain verbally to Nodoka about it and then she realised that Ritsu had forgotten to request for a cooler when Nodoka reminded her to which lead to a meeting having to be planned out for the student council about the cooler. Back in the music room, the girls then tries to practice some counter arguments that they could encounter in the meeting but there wasn't a need to since there wasn't any objection to the request of having a cooler in the music room at the meeting at all. So the girls got their cooler and practice can finally resume.
Mugi seems quite enthusiastic in this epi, and i wonder what exactly did Sawa-chan see in Mugi's house that made her so "fascinated" even after she came back. Mio with Azusa hairstyle really LOOK alike with her, just that her tails are abit longer but i'll prefer ponytails :D

Otonashi ponders over who to "target" next and meets Hinata and Naoi in the walkway whom both of them wishes to talk to him. Hinata tells Naoi that he have some important matters with Otonashi and tells Naoi to leave but Naoi isn't pleased by that and attempts to hypnotise Hinata into thinking himself as a toilet paper. Otonashi prevents Hinata from falling under the hypnosis and Naoi tells Otonashi that he knows what they are planning to do and wishes to help as well. Otonashi then asks him if he should already disappear but Naoi prefers to stay by Otonashi's side for the time being. A shadow then materialises behind Naoi and assaults him by entering his body, Otonashi and Hinata attempts to fend it off with their own pistols and when they finally got it to disappear, Naoi was barely safe and Yuri now realises that it was a serious problem now that a second shadow has appeared. Yuri therefore announces that everyone now should not move individually and stay in a group of at least two people to prevent themselves from falling prey to the shadow. Meanwhile, the calls Kanada over and Otonashi, Hinata and Naoi follows in as well. Yuri asks Kanade if she knows of anything about the shadow and suspect that it could be a bug from Angel Player. She does not feel that Kanade isn't as evil as she should be but Naoi tells her that he's stabbed almost everyday by her and also helped cover for Otonashi when Yuri asks her who asked her to make wings as she disclosed what she had programmed. But as Kanade allowed Takeyama to access her computer, he sees no bug in the program and gunfires where heard in the school grounds. Everyone rushes forward and sees the other SSS members fending off the shadows. Otonashi asks Kanade to go forward and assist them which Kanade then spreads her new wings and joined in the fight. Yuri, Hinata and Otonashi joined in later and manages to "remove" the shadows. During the fight however, Yuri sees a NPC transforming into a shadow and thinks that it could be a answer to why the shadows are multiplying. Yuri once again thinks Kanade to be an ally of theirs since she had helped them but the suspicion didn't bring her to question anyone yet as Takamatsu just got attacked and swallowed by the shadow as seen by Ooyama. Otonashi now suspects that someone else which a different mindset is at work here and is behind the shadow attacks. The next day, Takamatsu appears in school and does not seem to have any memories of the SSS. Yuri then leads the others to the stairs and tells them that Takamatsu had his soul eaten by the shadow and has now turned into a soul-less NPC. Yuri then calls for a meeting with the other SSS members and tells them about the current situation and that she has learnt of another group of people with a different ideal and asks Otonashi to explain to them. And so it seems that Yuri had already seen through them and Otonashi takes the lead and explains about his plan. Both Hinata and Naoi goes forward and supports him and takes Yui as an example who had moved on happily. Yuri gives everyone sometime to think about it themselves and tells Otonashi, Hinata and Naoi that she's going to find who's causing the shadows to appear and leaves alone and also tells Otonashi and the rest that Kanade was a normal human just like them and Otonashi and Hinata were shocked. (took them long enough to realise it). Everyone then still ponders over which path they should take and as Yuri suspected someone is pulling the strings on the NPCs, she goes to the PC rooms to check but a teacher was just there fixing the computers and when Yuri discovers a secret tunnel , it leads back to Guild again...
That was quite a good cliffhanger for the episode and since its Guild again, the person behind all this might be the Guild leader from before... and with the shadow incident, another person has been "taken out" ... no more abs-revealing D: and i can't imagine how Hinata wouyld become if Naoi really made him think that he himself is a toilet paper. With Kanade helping the SSS fight off the shadows and even allowed Takeyama to access her computer, it was no doubt that Yuri would think that it was the old Kanade and not the bloodthirsty harmonics. if Yuri's suspicions were right, about NPCs transforming into shadows and eating other souls and causing THEM to become NPCs, it is that NPCs were born this way? and that the NPCs were all previously human? 2 more episodes to go ... =/

Sawa-chan's old high school days as a rocker was "revived" once again in the 10th episode of K-ON!!
As a homeroom teacher, Sawa-chan had became more tired after taking care of the students in school and is lucky enough to rest in the music room with the girls. Ritsu then suggested Sawa-chan to tell the others about her high school days but Sawa-chan was against it as she imagines her students to become like her as well, taking her personality as an example. Then, Sawa-chan receives a call and hurriedly leaves the music room. As the girls heard Sawa-chan asking why the caller had called her when she's in school, they began to follow her. Azusa wasn't that IN to "stalk" Sawa-chan but apparently the others are and Mugi was exceptionally enthusiastic. Away from Sawa-chan's view, the girls await the caller's appearance and Mio thinks that it was alright for Sawa-chan if she has something to hide from the others. However, with those words, the others think that Mio's in love as well as was hiding something from them. Mio then tells them that light music is currently her love which the others think that it was a great sentence. The caller then appeared to be a woman and leads Sawa-chan to a restaurant which the girls followed as well. Once in the restaurant, Yui accidentally dropped her guitar but before Sawa-chan turned to look, the female caller diverted her attention. However, after seeing her kept looking behind her, Sawa-chan decides to look behind her but sees nothing as the girls are lying flat on their seats. After Sawa-chan leaves, Yui tells everyone that she recognises the female caller and it was one of Sawa-chan's classmate. The classmate, Norimi, knows of the girls' presence and brings them elsewhere to have a chat. She borrows Yui's guitar and Azusa is amazed at how skilled she was. Mugi also took the chance to order some food she had never seen before and was slightly disappointed as she imagined it to be a little "thorny". Norimi tells the girls that one of their previous classmate was going to be married and she wants the Death Devil band to perform but Sawa-chan wasn't really up for it. The girls then discussed a plan outside the class after Mugi got the chance to send everyone out of class and Ritsu worries about the intense training promised by Norimi if they failed to get Sawa-chan to perform. In the end, the girls took the place of Sawa-chan and performed during the wedding and Sawa-chan was shocked to see the girls all dressed up as some rocker. After Yui repeatedly played the wrong note, Sawa-chan ignored the fact that people from the school are watching her or that her nice teacher image was going to be ruined and went onto stage and retook her own position. After the performance, Sawa-chan somehow regretted ruining her image but it seems like the other students still like her "cool" side as well and it didn't turn out as bad as it seemed.
Sawa-chan was really wild in her high school days and had a real personality change when she took Yui's guitar and played professionally while she was still wearing her high heels... oh well, a rocker Sawa-chan is great too :D
Yui's gone T.T argh, i want GirlDeMo's vocalists back~~~~~

ok.. so there's now the shadow thing which could be something that forces people of the world... it could then be possible to make everyone disappear but it seems to be quite rushed if it does turn out that way. quite a action-packed 11th episode (from the preview) and Yuri does seem to be saying that "they'll meet again somewhere else"... hinting that she's gonna disappear? O.o

Angel Beats! 10 was a rather sweet episode but happy things don't last long...
Otonashi tells Kanade that he's going to start off with Yui first as she seems to be the most carefree one and would be easy to make her move on. Kanade later shows Otonashi her new Hand Sonic Vers. 5 which appears to be more "evil" as Otonashi suggested to her to make her weapons more evil-looking since the others are thinking of her as that bloodthirsty Kanade. Otonashi then tells Kanade of the plan to allow him to have some time alone with Yui. Kanade was to enter the GirlDeMo practice room, tell Yui that her guitar is killing the band, take away her guitar and while Yui is chasing her, Otonashi will knock into Kanade and return the guitar to Yui. Meanwhile, during GirlDeMo's practice session, the others suggest to Yui that she should either sing or play her guitar as her rhythm is off. Coincidentally, Kanade comes in and tells her that, takes away her guitar but Yui was too shocked to chase after her. The plan didn't really went quite well but when Yui decided that she still preferred holding a guitar and singing, she goes out and chases Kanade for her guitar and with the plan finally succeeding, Otonashi was given some time to chat with Yui. Yui tells Otonashi that when she was alive, she was paralyzed from an accident and was always bound to the bed, unable to do anything and she feels sad for her mother who takes care of her everyday. Thus, in this world, she hoped to accomplish things that she was never able to do while she was alive, which mostly were things she watched on television. Otonashi didn't expect her to have so many "regrets" but still tried to accomplish every single dream she has. So firstly, Otonashi teaches her pro-wrestling and was the victim of her German Suplex which was a professional move and she have totally no experience in it. So after almost losing consciousness too many times, Otonashi had almost given up on her but with her determination, Otonashi teaches her how to do a bridge first and finally after some hard work, she finally managed to do a German Suplex and was all smiles. Yui then wants to play soccer and score after making past 5 people. Otonashi then went to find TK and asks him to group up more people and then, Otonashi shows them a letter from "Tenshi" which was to challenge the men to a soccer match. Noda had almost went to find Yuri to inform her about this situation but Otonashi manages to brainwash him with "men's pride". So off the guys go to the soccer field but sees Yui there instead, running towards the goal. Everyone felt suspicious at first but still didn't want to lose and went forward to stop her. However, Yui manages to dribble past all the guys and even score against Hinata with Otonashi and Kanade's help from the sidelines. The next "dream" for Yui was to hit a homerun in baseball which Otonashi didn't quite believe that it would be possible for her but still helped her for a few days, trying to let her achieve her dream. When Yui finally sees that it really was impossible for her to hit a homerun, she then tells Otonashi then it was alright as she was once paralyzed but was now having so much fun. Otonashi asks her if she still have anymore regrets left and Yui replies him that it was marriage. She wonders if anyone could marry her even though her body was like that and then Hinata comes in and tells her that he would marry her despite her handicap. Yui tells Hinata that they'll not be able to meet as she was always in bed but Hinata explains that one day, he'll hit a baseball into her window and while he goes to retrieve it, they will meet and he'll come and visit her every single day and fall in love with her in the end. After the small "flashback" on how they'll meet, Yui disappears from their world and Otonashi asks Hinata if it was all right and tells Otonashi that he, too, have to look after the others as well. Then, a new enemy seemed to have appeared that stunned both Noda and Ooyama as Noda sees the enemy as a shadow and have no idea what he was cutting at all and Yuri is puzzled by this phenomenon.
well, it did made me teary-eyed at the last part where the "flashback" was shown and how they'll meet, it was like so touching =X i didn't really expect that kind of ending at the start with all the happy situations going on, until Hinata comes in and tells Yui that he will marry her. The pictures with the wonderful song played in the background were a wonderful combination and the feel was really there and then, the impact came when all was left at the pitch was Yui's helmet and she was gone and this time, Hinata seems to be helping Otonashi from now on... seeing that there's ard 3 episodes left, it would be quite impossible to have the others slowly disappearing like this and there's also the shadow thing to look into... im hoping the last few episodes to not rush too much and hopefully the ending would be great...

its time for K-ON!! again and this time, its centered around Yui and Azu-nyan~
the final exams are coming this time, Yui promises to work extra hard for it. so off the girls go to study together and apparently, Yui doesn't really pay much attention in class and decides to photocopy Mugi's notes after seeing how well organised Mugi's notes were. Mio however does not see the study session to be of any use at all. Yui, however, decides to work hard at home but due to having constantly sitting down, she preferred to move about and offers to help Ui to buy some soy sauce for dinner. Leaving home, her old neighbour next door calls out to her. Yui then tells her that she's running an errand for Ui and the old lady helps her instead by giving her another thing instead which Yui apparently had forgotten that what she needed to get for Ui was soy sauce despite repetitive reminders from her. The old lady then passed a pamphlet on a talent contest and says that there are not many people participating in it and wishes Yui to join as she also wishes to see Yui performing with Gitah. Yui realises that the date of the talent contest was after the finals, but still accepted her request as she had taken care of both Ui and her when they're young and Yui hopes to do something for her. The others are worried about her as she would have to practise for both the contest and her final exams but Yui promises them that she'll work very hard for both and even Azusa sees her studying hard by herself. Azusa then sees Yui practising Gitah outside by herself and joins her. Yui tells her that she's practising out so as to not disturb Ui and that she'll be soloing as the others are all studying for their exams. Azusa then tells Yui that she'll participate with her since she's well prepared for the exams and the next day, she passes a strict schedule to her and the two of them then practises for the contest and study for the exams as well. After school, the two of them went to decide on the song to play during the contest and Yui even attempted to remix Fuwa Fuwa Time which didn't sound quite right. The exam period then arrives and Yui was practically exhausted for the papers after practising so hard and studying as well. The day of the talent contest then arrives and Yui and Azusa then performs a remix of Brush and Ballpoint pen which turned out fairly well. The two of them only managed to get a consolation prize which Yui later passes to the old lady but she thinks that its the thought that counts. When the girls got back their results, Yui amazingly scored pretty well in all her exams and she calls it luck to have been able to done well in it.
okk, Yui and Azu-nyan in that performance of attire looks really adorable and the remix was pretty nice IMO... just another normal K-ON!! episode, not much things to laugh about here though... *hopes for more songs*
