Yasuko rushes over to their grandfather's house to find Ryuuji and was surprised to find Ryuuji all alright at the doorstep. Ryuuji's grandfather and grandmother then comes from behind Yasuko and praises her for raising Ryuuji up so well. It had seemed that Taiga had called Yasuko and tells her that Ryuuji's life was in danger which made her rush over as fast as possible. Yasuko was then reprimanded by Ryuuji's grandfather but was pitied by the grandmother. Ryuuji then questions Taiga behind him whether they are family or not. At night, Ryuuji goes to Yasuko's side and tells her that he knows now that she was not married and his father had left her right after she was pregnant with him. Yasuko then says that she had not protected Ryuuji well and made things broke but Ryuuji denies that and tells her that she did bring him up well. Ryuuji then compares their height and Yasuko tells Ryuuji that when he ran away with Taiga, his back was so big that she was unable to recognise him at all. Ryuuji continues to tell her that running away does not solve any problems and want Yasuko to always be by his side. Later that night, Taiga switches off the lights and gazes at the stars with Ryuuji. Taiga tells Ryuuji that she feels that running away and getting married is not going to work out but she still wants to have that dream. And if she was not going to anything here then things might break again. Ryuuji then suggests that why don't they start here and tells Taiga that they shoudl share their happiness with everyone by getting their approval of their marriage from both their families. Taiga then goes to take a blanket and tells Ryuuji to rehearse it here. Taiga later tells Ryuuji that his lips were all cracked and it would hurt if they kissed. Ryuuji later kisses her and asks her if it had hurt and Taiga replies that it was warm instead and they kissed again. Yasuko, Ryuuji and Taiga then return to their home and Taiga leaves first to get her clothes changed. She arrives back home but does not see her mother at home at all. Taiga goes through her phone and see many voice messages from her mother which led her mother into leaving her all alone again. Taiga then walks out into the balcony and look at the night sky with a small shining star and feels that it was similar to her, all lonely as well. After taking the photo of the night sky with the small star, she leaves a note on the table and leaves, telling herself that she will not run away anymore and will change herself to become proud of herself and love Ryuuji. The next day in school, Ryuuji did not tell anyone about what happened to Taiga till their teacher came in and told the class that Taiga had left the school due to family matters. Everyone then started messaging to her after their teacher tells them that Taiga must have made the best decision and there will be many crossroads in life just like this one. Ryuuji leaves with Ami, Minori and Kitamura behind him and Minori slaps him straight and asks him why did he come back alone. Kitamura stops her and Ryuuji reveals that he did not want her to leave but he respects her decision of believing in him. Ryuuji then goes to Taiga's room after school and finds her passport and bankbook in her plastic bag. He later finds the notebook which she kept her photo of her and Kitamura and finds a picture of Taiga and him below it. Ryuuji receives a message from Taiga, telling him that he did not tell her that he loves her and that made Ryuuji realise that they were interrupted back in the river. A picture was also sent to him from Taiga featuring the night sky that she took. Everyone who had messaged Taiga received the picture as well. Minori explains that it probably meant that Taiga will try her best and when the star gets brighter, she will be able to see everyone clearer. The sky will connect everyone together and as long as everyone shines no matter how far apart they are, they will still be able to see each other doing their best. Ami then suggests that they reply to the message with the star that Taiga gave to the class and they took it out for a class photo where they sent back to Taiga. Ryuuji then thinks about the fact that the tiger and dragon are meant to be together and even though Taiga was not with him, he will still leap through space and time to be by her side. The graduation ceremony arrives and everyone was talking about how great their senior was and about the Plamtop Tiger as well which they recognise as the lucky person and Ryuuji's girlfriend. Ryuuji then sees someone who looked like Taiga in their class and rushes up. On the way up, Ryuuji and Taiga thinks that there is something in the world that no one was able to see which is gentle and sweet and if it could be seen, everyone would be snatching for it. That was why no one have seen it before and the world had hidden it so that no one could see it easily but someone was bound to find it someday. Ryuuji reaches the classroom but sees no one inside. Ryuuji believes that someone who deserves it will be able to find it and opens the class locker and finds her inside. Ryuuji then tells her that he loves her and that made Taiga blush and knock Ryuuji hard in the chin after getting all embarassed since he said it so suiddenly. The two of them then believes that that was how the thing was created.

*it ends... T.T it IS a really long post after i realised it but it was a little too late =X... i didnt expect me to be so fond of the this series in the first place since i didnt really had time for this and the storyline did not interest me though... i was bored so off i go to watch OKTO with this new series and straight away i got hooked and here i am =) the storyline was rather simple but the story development was great and the development of the characters were great too. The show contains many many hard-to-understand-life-meanings and its quite entertaining to watch with the hilarious moments and sometimes, sweet and romantic. i had thought that it'll all end with everyone just becoming friends and such but the last few episodes made my predictions totally off and there was a clear cut ending in the last 2 episodes. a rather fast development for the last few episodes but it was still entertaining in the end. The sweet scenes too were great and adds on to the feel of the entire series. this series really made me sad when it ends and some parts were touching as well when compared to like clannad and ef so i'll give this anime a huge thumbs up!!! Toradora! BANZAI!!!*
