OH WELL
So here are the various changes that this blog will be different from the others:
I have compiled my near 4 years of blog posts from my other 2 blogs and imported them over here so to actually have a real archive of all the posts that I have made. Looking back, I can say that there's a rather obvious difference in style now and compared to the past.
And I think the largest change is that this blog will be totally random, LIKE seriously random. In other words, there would not be any more long long synopsis on anime episodes like before, and I do not wish to continue that in the future, basically its just too time consuming. This blog would cover, as usual, anime stuffs and infos and perhaps some after thoughts of certain episodes (but definitely not synopsis) and MORE on my own life 'story', which would actually make this blog, a blog.
Updates might come frequent for now, as I have so much things to talk about after these 8 months of MIA. Photos would either be uploaded here (for events) or on facebook, but in the end I might consider posting here instead since facebook rather limits my quality much more than blogger does.
Alright, now time for some ranting 1st before moving on to some other sections:
This blogskin has got to be the most confusing and most nervewrecking HTML I have ever edited. Like seriously. I am not trained in HTML coding nor can I type out a complicated blogskin just like that, but with trial and error, I am able to edit by finding similar codes that appear here and there. BUT this skin, with a rather huge transparency issue, had made me fume. Looking at all those weird looking names in the HTML that are all black and white under notepad, replacing variables here and there to find the correct one was just bloody time consuming. After hours of searching and copy pasting, the transparency issue is done and it looks rather great to me. :)
Moving on, moving on.
Had just recently completed my A levels and it had really made me think how fast the last 2 years had actually went. Everyday was merely like a routine, going to school, coming back home, finish up tutorials etc, slacking, and sleep. Everyday was a mundane cycle and for these 2 hard and difficult years, it all boils down to the final A levels and yes, it is finally over. Personally, the main factor that helped to pull me through these tough times was definitely my friends and consent from my family. There was a certain degree of freedom that I am entitled to and I'm really grateful for that. The joy and laughter that my friends brought were definitely good stress relievers and stress was something that I had finally felt, which I didn't in the past. All the support and motivations, all the random things that we do, really made these 2 years very very fun. All the super random and lame jokes in school, all the random cycling and working out, all the accompaniment (not so sure if this was the right word) that you guys have given me, i really appreciated it.

OK, so now to sidetrack to some J-animation :D
After all these years, I'm still a die hard fan of J-animation and I'm getting much more inclined towards original anime production rather than adaptations. Somehow these original productions have really good quality storyline (that I have personally watched), whereas the adaptations would follow closely behind. And I really detest meaningless fanservices. Seriously, WHAT'S THE ENTIRE POINT of having the guy protagonist ALWAYS falling and tripping here and there and ALWAYS landing his hand or face onto some parts of a girl. HELLO!? =.= its just too common to be passed off as a coincidence. And what's the entire point of showing a long long bathing scene with just the female character talking and talking... Oh and not forgetting their physics defying hair that somehow just always manage to cover the important details. You know what I mean. This type of fanservice is going overboard. Its TOO MUCH.... TOO MUCHHHHH.

Honestly, a good series DOES NOT need fanservice to gain viewership or to boost merchandise sales. All a good series need is some SOLID storyline. Take Madoka for example. I do see very high ratings for that series and there is almost no fanservice to be seen (OK, excluding the final scene) BUT BUT BUT!!!! D:

This year has really gave me rather good experiences in J-Culture and also in J-animation through Natsumatsuri and AFA 2011. Will be blogging this in the next post, so please stay tune to that :)
I think I'll also be likely to writing a long post about time travelling, since Steins; Gate was clearly motivating me to actually be much more interested in the concept of time travelling and I really have some things I would like to share about that.
